We know that having purpose leads to effectiveness at work, better health, happiness and even prolonged life. At the same time in reality, our talents, passions and values are not always in alignment – whether in work, relationships or with our health. In this two-hour workshop participants will reflect on past experiences, explore future possibilities and connect with peers to find shared aspirations for “what’s next.” We will explore the Life Reimagined Approach which is a series of practices that help us identify priorities, take the first step, get past barriers and manage life’s transitions, all with greater purpose.

- The Life Reimagined Approach – 6 Practices
- The Life Spiral – a new way of looking at life’s journey
- Your “Purpose Equation”
- Considering Future Goals & Navigating Transitions
- Sounding Boards – Your Personal Board of Directors
Inter-Generational Learning…Bring a Friend
You may have heard or even experienced for yourself that Millennials, Generation X and Baby Boomer generations have some similar interests and values. In general, all 3 generations want to have meaningful work and make “an impact.” Millennials/Generation X are seeking the wisdom of experienced mentors and Baby Boomers wish to pass on life’s lessons to upcoming generations. The richest conversations during Life Reimagined workshops have taken place within multi-generational audiences and SHIFT members are encouraged to bring a friend from another generation to this month’s forum.
