The Ultimate Leadership Challenge: Shifting to Candor and Accountability
Carolien Moors is an expert in guiding people through change. She’s an executive coach and leadership development expert who teaches a University of Minnesota course on leading transitions. Moors believes that leadership starts with leading yourself, and that will be the focus of her October 6 presentation. She’ll bring her compelling approach and her expertise to the SHIFT Forum in an interactive discussion geared to midlifers preparing for the next stage.
During this Forum:
- You will be asked candid questions that increase insight into your personal leadership beliefs and strengths.
- You will be handed actionable insights and tips to increase your leadership effectiveness.
Leadership myths, a model for understanding interpersonal allergies, and not-so-cool leadership beliefs and practices are just three of the topics you can expect to hear about.
