Navigate change with greater strength, energy, and clarity
Even on a good day, most of us have a hard time keeping up a healthy lifestyle. When we’re in transition, a time when routine goes out the window, maintaining wellness can be an incredible challenge. But the effort is worth it, according to our speakers at the June SHIFT Forum. If you can manage to stick with or start a comprehensive healthy lifestyle regimen, you will navigate change with more strength, energy, and mindful clarity.
Join us Monday, June 1, as three experts from The Marsh, a Minnetonka-based center for balance and fitness, share science-backed tips for maintaining fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle through change and transition.
