Jan 23, 2020 Workshops: En-Vision Your Intentions

En-Vision Your Intentions

Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do.  Vision boards are a fun and useful tool in setting intentions for the year.  You can use your vision board to depict goals and dreams in all areas of your life, or in just one specific area that you are focusing on at the moment.

So, what’s the big secret to creating a vision board that works? It’s simple: Your vision board should focus on how you want to feel, not just on things that you want.

We will open with a discussion of intentions and show some examples of completed boards.  Most of the workshop time will be spent selecting images and words which speak to us and reflect our goals and desires.  Participants will then affix the images and words to the black boards to create their personalized vision board.  At the end of the workshop participants are invited (but not required) to share their vision boards.
