SHIFT August Special Workshop: Creative Collage – Reflections on Self Care

SOMETIMES WORDS ARE JUST NOT ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE HOW YOU REALLY FEEL.

Throughout life we experience losses and change.  During these times, we are faced with unknowns and it is important to nurture ourselves.  Through self-care we become renewed and resilient.

This workshop will focus on self-care as we move forward in our journeys.  Our time together will be relaxing, energizing and renewing.  We will honor and celebrate who we are while exploring resiliency and growth.  Through imagery and some reflective writing we will create collages on self-care.  We will explore what inspires us and fills us with joy and hope.

All materials will be provided and refreshments served.  No art experience is needed.
