Learning Labs: Hands on Application
How do you apply what you learn through your association with SHiFT?  One way: attend a Learning Lab — a mix of principles and practice.  These interactive, hands-on workshops are led by skilled facilitators who present a topic in depth.

Café 360: Ideas in Action
The first Café 360, a twist to the SHiFT Storm concept, rolled out on April 19. Here's how it works.  Groups of three or four participants gather at small tables and, guided by a facilitator, present an idea/dilemma/challenge to their table.  Or the facilitator might present a question.

After 15 minutes for each challenge, the next person at each table presents. And so on, including feedback. The verdict on the first Café 360?  People appreciate the opportunity to connect. With some fine tuning (add wine and chocolate, they cried!), it's a go.  Watch the Events page for the next one.
